Job summary

Carbon Health in Santa Clara is seeking a Part Time or Full Time Urgent Care Clinician (PA or NP) to join a national network delivering high-quality care with advanced technology, including CarbyOS. You will conduct urgent care assessments, order tests, perform procedures, and collaborate with a supportive team.

DOT and BLS required; state license and national certification for PA/NP. Salary ranges from $133,490 to $201,177 per year plus productivity bonuses; flexible shifts across multiple

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant with Medical/Master’s degree, valid state license, and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner with RN license, NP certification, and valid state license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes and seek supervisor support when needed.
• Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow (4–5 patients per hour).
