Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a part-time Urgent Care PA or NP to join our national network of clinics in a fast-paced environment. You’ll conduct assessments, order tests, perform urgent care procedures, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver patient-centered care.

This role offers flexible scheduling with weekend/holiday differential, productivity bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with active state license and national certification.
• DOT certification required before start; BLS certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform urgent care procedures (laceration repair, I&D, splinting).
• Triage patients to maintain clinic flow (4–5 patients per hour).
