Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a part-time Urgent Care Clinician (PA/NP) to join our nationwide network. You will conduct assessments, order tests, and perform urgent care procedures in a fast-paced environment, with access to supervision and peer support.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $87,000–$108,300 with a productivity bonus up to 28%, weekend/holiday differential, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repair and I&Ds.
• Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to improve patient outcomes.
• Triage and manage patients to maintain clinic flow (roughly 4–5 per hour).
