Carbon Health in California's Central Coast is seeking an Urgent Care clinician (PA/NP) for full-time or part-time roles across our network. You’ll provide patient-centered care, order tests, perform procedures, and collaborate with a nationwide team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
• DOT and BLS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to enhance patient outcomes.
• Triage and manage patients with a typical flow of 4–5 patients per hour.
