Carbon Health is hiring Urgent Care Clinicians (PA/NP) in California. The role supports a national network with flexible part-time or full-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Valid state license for PA or NP with national certification.
• DOT certification must be obtained before start date and Carbon Health will cover course/exam fees.
• BLS certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform urgent care procedures (laceration repair, I&Ds, splints).
• Collaborate with a network of peers and supervisors for support and guidance.
• Triage and manage 4–5 patients per hour to maintain clinic flow.
