Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking an urgent care clinician (PA/NP) for full-time work in our nationwide network. You will provide patient-centered care, perform urgent procedures, order tests, and collaborate with a supportive team.

A strong track record in urgent care and appropriate licensure are required. Compensation includes a base salary with productivity bonuses up to 28%, a 2% 401(k) match, weekend/holiday differential, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, paid sick leave,

Qualifications

• Active state medical license and national certification.
• DOT certification must be obtained prior to start date.
• BLS certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostics (x-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Triаge and manage patients to maintain clinic flow (4–5 per hour).
• Collaborate with peers and specialists within Carbon Health network.
