Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Multi-Site Manager to lead two Urgent Care facilities, driving the daily operations, patient safety, and high-quality care. You will oversee staff onboarding, training, performance management, and ensure optimal patient flow while maintaining compliance and fiscal performance.

The role requires agile leadership across sites, travel approximately 50%, and a commitment to WellNow's mission and patient-first culture. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a leadership role.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two Urgent Care sites, ensuring patient satisfaction, revenue, and safety.
• Lead onboarding, training and development of site teams, with regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure staffing coverage, manage schedules, and maintain facility compliance and housekeeping standards.
• Drive patient flow, reduce wait times, and coordinate with Providers for quality care.
