Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Multi-Site Manager to lead two urgent care locations, overseeing operations, patient experience, revenue, and staff performance. You will drive efficiency, ensure high-quality care, and align site goals with the company’s mission.

Responsibilities include onboarding, staffing, coaching, patient flow optimization, and collaboration with Providers to deliver timely care. Travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Willing to travel up to 50% across the region.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, training, and cross-training of site teams.
• Ensure policies and standards are followed and goals met.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure full coverage.
• Coach teams and communicate expectations regularly.
• Monitor patient flow and wait times to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with providers to maintain high-quality care.
• Recognize and reward performance aligned with company values.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, safe facility.
