UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to support administrative operations at West Towne Urgent Care and Union Corners Urgent Care.

This 100% FTE, day shift role offers a hybrid schedule with on-site work three days per week and shifts starting between 6:30 and 7:30 AM.

You will handle provider and staff scheduling, create meeting agenda templates and minutes, and monitor timecards while contributing to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred

Responsabilités
