Job summary

VillageMD is seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of an urgent care location. You will manage the site team, support a patient-centric experience from arrival to departure, and assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth performance.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in management preferred or relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 1 year of supervising or managing experience is required or a degree in management.
• Strong multitasking ability and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office programs; bilingual skills may be required by location.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site performance and patient flow; monitor registrations and post-discharge follow-up.
• Assist Practice Manager with non-provider scheduling.
• Order all site supplies including medications, vaccines, and office items.
• Open/close site as required and support administrative and operational duties.
