Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to provide locum tenens coverage in a WV clinic. Start ASAP with shifts across an 8a–8p schedule, treating 25–50 patients daily in urgent care. The role requires WV licensure, DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and board certification.

Qualifications

• Active West Virginia medical license and unrestricted practice.
• DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty.

• Manage 25–50 patients per day in a high-demand urgent care schedule.
• Support locum tenens coverage and coverage logistics as needed.

• Patients per day: 25-50

• Scope: Urgent Care
• State Licensure: West Virginia state medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Board Certified.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
