Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support in Colorado. Start dates ASAP with regular shifts and weekend options; $80.51–$87.15 hourly pay. Practice is outpatient with urgent care cases and EPIC/Health Connect EMR.

Required ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications and active Colorado license. Credentialing typically 45–60 days. AMN’s team handles travel, lodging, and continuous support for contractors.

Qualifications

• ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required.
• Active Colorado license to practice as NP.
• Outpatient urgent care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care NP services in outpatient settings.
• Perform suturing, incision, drainage, splinting and toenail removal as needed.
• Coordinate care using EPIC/Health Connect EMR.

This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 8a-630p; 930a-8p; 11a-10p for M-F & 8a-6p or 830a-7p on weekends

• Practice Setting: Outpatient

• Type of cases: suturing, incision, drainage, splinting, toenail removal, bread and butter urgent care.

• Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 Days

• Electronic Medical Record(EMR): EPIC/Health Connect

• Certifications required: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).

• Active Colorado License
