Job summary

NextCare in Anthem, AZ is seeking a full-time clinician to join our urgent care team. Schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, with clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP or PA.
• Board certification or eligibility, as applicable
• Ability to treat patients of all ages
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
• Code and bill services appropriately
• Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
• Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values
