NextCare is seeking a Full-Time clinician to join our urgent care team in Tucson, AZ. This role emphasizes variety, autonomy, and community impact while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP/PA.
• Board certification or eligibility as applicable.
• DEA license active or ability to obtain.
• NCCPA (PA) or ANCC/AANP (NP) certification.
• Active BLS certification and EHR proficiency.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends/holidays.
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in urgent care.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging as needed.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound care.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR.
• Code and bill services appropriately; maintain productivity.
• Adhere to NextCare clinical standards and values.
