Job summary

NextCare in West Valley (Phoenix area) seeks a Full‑Time clinician to provide urgent care across a broad patient population. The role offers autonomy, variety, and meaningful community impact within a fast-paced, well-supported clinic environment.

Qualifications

• EHR proficiency required for documentation and order entry.
• BLS certification required for all clinicians.
• AZ license for NP/PA and DEA license required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in urgent care.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures (suturing, wound care).
• Communicate diagnoses and discharge instructions clearly.
• Document care accurately in the EHR and code/bill services.
• Maintain productivity aligned with urgent care benchmarks.
