NextCare in West Valley (Phoenix area) is hiring a full-time clinician (NP or PA) to join our urgent care team. Three 12-hour shifts per week, no after-hours tasks, and a schedule designed to maximize days off. You’ll work in a fast-paced, well-supported clinic with mentoring and clear practice guidelines.
Must hold AZ license for NP/PA, board certification or eligibility, DEA license, BLS, and EHR proficiency. DOT certification or willingness to obtain is required.

Compensation: $60--$80/hour (based on experience) + bonus
