American Family Care Bridgeland seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver high-quality primary and urgent care within a franchised AFC location. You will work with a collaborative team to perform histories, assessments, orders, and referrals, ensuring efficient patient flow and satisfaction.

Applicants must hold current TX PA/NP licensure, board certification (ANCC/AANP/NCCPA), DEA registration, and a CS certificate. ER/UC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication with staff, patients, and families.
• Professional appearance and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas, DEA, and state CS certificate.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA) with ER/UC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive health histories and physical assessments.
• Order labs, imaging, and diagnostics appropriate to the complaint and patient condition.
• Develop diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals.
• Manage emergencies and stabilization as needed (cardiac, shock, poisoning, etc.).
• Interpret data to guide patient management and treatment decisions.
• Provide health care guidance to patients and families.
