Job summary

NextCare in Anthem, AZ is seeking a Full‑Time clinician to join our urgent care team. Work three 12‑hour shifts weekly with clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

Earn $60–$80/hour plus bonus in a fast‑paced, well‑supported environment that emphasizes work‑life balance. You’ll be part of experienced clinical teams providing care to a broad patient population, with strong mentorship and clear guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician for NP/PA in AZ.
• Board certification or eligibility as applicable.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Treat patients of all ages.
• BLS certification.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in urgent care.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures (suturing, wound care) as applicable.
• Communicate diagnoses and discharge instructions clearly.
• Document care accurately in the EHR and code/bill appropriately.
• Maintain productivity aligned with urgent care benchmarks.
• Align with NextCare standards and values.
