JRMC is seeking a Medical Receptionist for the Urgent Care Clinic (PDN) to join a fast-paced healthcare team in Pine Bluff, AR. The role focuses on administrative duties, patient reception, scheduling, and coordinating with clinicians to ensure efficient flow and quality care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic medical terminology knowledge, and strong communication skills. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or business office course preferred.
• Advanced computer, phone, email, and business office equipment knowledge required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written required.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment required.
• Previous experience in healthcare office setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred.
