Jefferson Regional Med Ctr, located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is seeking a Medical Receptionist for Family Health Associates. The role is full-time days within the Practice Management Clinic, performing administrative duties and supporting the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in a healthcare office, with strong communication skills and computer proficiency to manage calls, scheduling, and patient records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or business office course preferred.
• Advanced computer, phone, email, and business office equipment knowledge required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written required.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment required.
• Previous experience in healthcare office setting preferred.
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred.
