Sherwood Urgent Care in Batesville, AR is seeking experienced Medical Receptionists to join our team. You will greet patients, activate files and provide support to patients and medical staff.

This is a full-time role with a rotating 36-40 hour week schedule, including weekday shifts and every-other weekend. PRN positions are available as needed. Prior medical office experience is preferred. We offer a competitive salary and benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic computer software and the ability to learn electronic medical records.
• Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors and guide them through registration.
• Answer multi-line phones, file, fax, scan documents and complete daily callbacks.
• Check in and discharge patients and assist clinical staff.
• Collect insurance information, verify demographics, process payments, post balances.
• Maintain a neat, clean workspace and professional appearance.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.
