Epic Pain Management – Austin Location is seeking a reliable Urgent Care Medical Assistant to join the clinical team in Austin, TX. The role combines direct clinical support with front desk coverage to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate documentation.

The MA will room patients, take vital signs, document medical history, assist with testing, and maintain infection-control standards in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting. Bilingual skills are highly valued.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
• CMA/RMA certification preferred or required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and prepare patients for evaluation.
• Obtain vital signs and document medical history.
• Assist with point-of-care testing and procedures.
• Cross-train to support front desk duties as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked examination rooms.
