Carbon Health Technologies Inc is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant for our Urgent Care per diem team. You will support providers, document vitals, manage patient flow, and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate balances multiple priorities, communicates effectively, and works well with clinicians, technicians, and front office staff to ensure timely care and a positive patient experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred or required per state.
• BLS certification required or able to obtain.
• Experience in Urgent Care or outpatient setting preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR and clinical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, compassionate experience throughout their visit.
• Room patients, document vitals, review medications, allergies, and medical history.
• Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures.
• Perform injections, EKGs, point-of-care testing, and phlebotomy as trained.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and monitor patient flow.
• Follow HIPAA and infection prevention standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to support daily operations.
