Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team in Farmington, Maine. You will provide high-quality patient care, perform triage, assist with exams, and support testing and documentation across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license and BLS certification, with IV experience. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and travel to nearby ConvenientMD locations is valued. Join us for a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• State-licensed practical nurse (LPN) with IV experience.
• BLS certification required; CPR/ACLS not accepted online.
• Excellent patient care and teamwork in urgent care.
• Willingness to travel to other ConvenientMD locations within 1 hour.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by taking vital signs and medical history.
• Assist exams and testing, ensuring supplies and documentation.
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, SARS‑CoV‑2) and samples.
• Provide wound care, immunizations, and med administration.
• Maintain EMR documentation and patient communication.
• Support clinic operations and instrument sterilization.
• Collaborate with clinical team and train new staff.
