• High school diploma or GED required.
• State licensed practical nurse (LPN) with IV experience; Maine/New Hampshire IV certification.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by taking vital signs and medical history.
• Assist with exams and procedures, prep equipment and document details.
• Perform point-of-care tests (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipid, urinalysis).
• Provide cardiac and airway management (ECG, nebulizers, oxygen).
• Administer immunizations and medications per regulations.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and report changes in patient condition.
