Job summary

ConvenientMD seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Keene, NH to join our urgent care team. You will perform patient triage, assist with exams and testing, provide immunizations and medications, and maintain accurate electronic records as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Qualified candidates hold an NH/ME LPN license with IV certification and BLS, with willingness to work 12-hour shifts across full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with active LPN license in NH or ME.
• LPN license with IV placement/monitoring experience; IV certification required in NH/ME.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Proficiency with EMR systems and related software; ability to learn Experity.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient triage, take vital signs, document medical history, and identify immediate needs.
• Assist with exams and tests, prepare equipment and documentation, support providers during procedures.
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipid panel, urinalysis) and other procedures.
• Deliver wound care, immunizations, and medication administration per regulations.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and document treatment details; report changes in patient condition.
• Support clinic operations; ensure instruments are clean, sterile, and properly stored.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate patient care and communicate updates.
