Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; NH LPN license with IV certification where applicable in ME/NH.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross required; CPR/ACLS not accepted as listed.
• Compassionate, patient-focused teammate with strong communication and confidentiality.
• Proactive communicator who can relay information clearly with colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient triage by taking vital signs and documenting medical history; assist with exams and testing.
• Perform diagnostic and point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipid panel, urinalysis).
• Provide cardiac and airway management, including ECGs, AED use, nebulizer treatments, and oxygen administration.
• Deliver wound care, immunizations, and medication administration per regulations.
• Maintain electronic medical records, observe changes in patient condition, and support clinic operations.
