Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with IVs is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by taking vitals and medical history.
• Assist with patient exams and testing procedures.
• Perform point-of-care tests and basic diagnostics.
• Provide wound care, immunizations, and medication administration.
• Document patient information accurately in EMR and coordinate care.
