ConvenientMD in New England is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team. You will provide high-quality patient care, assist providers, and support a collaborative clinic environment focused on convenient, accessible care.

Responsibilities include triage, vital signs, wound care, vaccinations, IV placement and monitoring, and accurate documentation in EMR using Experity. BLS and NH/ME IV certification are required.

Qualifications

• State licensed practical nurse with prior IV placement/monitoring experience.
• For Maine and New Hampshire, IV certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association/Red Cross).
• Demonstrates compassion, integrity, and patient-centered care.
• Proactive communicator and strong in teamwork and HIPAA compliance.
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient triage, take vitals, document history, and support exams.
• Perform clinical procedures including IV placement, vaccinations, wound care, and testing.
• Manage patient inquiries and communicate results and care plans.
• Maintain clean, sterile workspace and ensure equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate patient care and training.
