ConvenientMD in Maine is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team. You will triage patients, perform testing, and assist providers in a fast‑paced clinic. The role requires IV experience, BLS certification, and strong teamwork in a multi‑location setting.

Qualifications

• State LPN license with IV certification for ME/NH.
• BLS certification required through AHA or Red Cross.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience placing and monitoring IVs.
• Willingness to travel between ConvenientMD locations within 1 hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient triage by taking vitals and documenting history.
• Assist exams and support providers during tests/procedures.
• Perform point‑of‑care testing (strep, flu, RSV, SARS‑CoV‑2, etc.).
• Administer medications and immunizations per regulations.
• Maintain electronic medical records and document care details.
• Ensure instruments are clean and workspace sterile.
• Collaborate with clinical team and train new staff.
