Job summary

ConvenientMD in Dover, NH seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team. You will perform triage, assist exams, and support clinicians while delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN license, BLS certification, and IV certification where required. The role includes patient education, charting, and collaboration with the clinical team in a busy urgent care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-licensed practical nurse (LPN) with IV monitoring experience.
• BLS certification required (AHA/ARC). No CPR/ACLS online.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient triage, vital signs, and history documentation.
• Assist with exams and testing; support providers during procedures.
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, etc.).
• Administer medications and immunizations as regulated.
• Maintain EMR documentation and monitor patient condition.
