Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Urgent Care LPN for a contract assignment (~21 weeks). You will deliver high‑quality patient care in a fast-paced clinic, assess patients, support treatment plans, administer medications, and document care in the EMR.

Shifts are full‑time clinic hours, about 35 hours per week, typically 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend; some major holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (U.S. State/Territory/Commonwealth/DC).
• BLS certification valid through start plus 30+ days.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER environments required.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• 1+ year related healthcare experience.
• Proficient with EMR systems (Epic preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and document medical histories in EMR.
• Administer medications (oral/injectable/IV/topical) as directed.
• Monitor vital signs and document responses to treatment.
• Conduct routine assessments and support patient education.

Urgent Care LPN Location: Scottsdale, AZ (city/state only) Pay: $37.17/hour Type: Contract / Temporary (approx. 21 weeks) Hours: ~35 hours/week Schedule: Full-time clinic hours; typically 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend (shifts generally 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours). Some major holidays may be required. Work Setting: Patient-facing; on-site as needed (clinic-based)

Position Summary

As an Urgent Care LPN, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. You’ll assess patients, support treatment plans, administer medications, and document care in an electronic medical record system.

What You’ll Do

• Assess patient needs and document medical histories in the EMR
• Administer medications (oral/injectable/IV/topical) as directed
• Monitor vital signs and document treatment responses
• Perform routine assessments and support patient education/self-care
• Conduct point-of-care testing, vaccine administration, and phlebotomy
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support strong patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked clinic environment

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (U.S. State/Territory/Commonwealth/DC)
• BLS certification (must remain valid through at least 30+ days after start)
• Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER experience required (Candidates with experience limited to long-term care settings may not be a fit for this environment)
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
• 1+ year related healthcare experience
• Comfortable using EMR systems (Epic preferred)
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
