Lexington Health Blythewood Urgent Care seeks a Lead Patient Access Representative to greet and register patients, collect demographic and financial information, obtain authorizations, and supervise registrars. The role oversees Urgent Care Registration in the absence of Patient Access Leadership and ensures accurate billing and medical records input.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in healthcare or customer service, with strong terminology knowledge

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or customer service.
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and registration processes.
• Ability to supervise and communicate effectively within a team.
