Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic computer software and the ability to learn electronic medical records.
• Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors and guide them through registration.
• Answer multi-line phones, file, fax and scan documents, and complete daily patient callbacks.
• Check in and discharge patients, assist clinical staff and close the office at the end of shift.
• Collect insurance information, verify demographics, process payments, post balances, and manage phone sheets.
• Maintain a neat, professional environment and appearance.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.
