Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care in Clarksville, TN is seeking caring Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver exceptional medical care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

You will diagnose, treat and educate patients, while working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals. The schedule features a rotating 36–40 hour weekly plan with PRN options and a sign-on/retention bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active state license as an APRN or PA.
• Current FNP or PA-C Board Certification, DEA and DOT or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide convenient, friendly patient care to all who come through our door seeking health related services.
• Perform medical assessment, treatment, management and follow up of clinic patients including primary and urgent care.
• Perform medical procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, splinting and related minor procedures.
• Oversee on-site laboratory, x-rays, and collections for direct access services as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, accreditation and medical policy standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to support quality patient care and service.
