Job summary

Bayview Physicians Group is seeking an EMT-Intermediate, EMT-Advanced, or Paramedic to join our Urgent Care team. Under the direction of Urgent Care Physicians, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, collecting and documenting patient data, and collaborating with the care team to ensure excellent patient experiences. Virginia-registered certifications and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• EMT-I, EMT-A or EMT-P certification required.
• Current Virginia or National Registry EMT-I/EMT-A/EMT-P certification.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with procedures including EKGs, IVs, and phlebotomy.
• Deliver safe, age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
• Document and interpret patient data to support clinical decisions.
• Maintain a safe and efficient patient care environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to ensure positive experiences.
