Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a dedicated Paramedic (nationally registered EMT) to join our Urgent Care team. You will work alongside medical providers to deliver high-quality care and help triage patients in a fast-paced New England setting.

The role encompasses clinical procedures, patient engagement, documentation, and clinic operations. You'll support testing, administer medications as required by regulations, and may travel between ConvenientMD locations within a one-hour radius.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensed paramedic with prior IV experience.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by taking vital signs and documenting medical history.
• Assist with patient exams and support providers during testing and procedures.
• Perform diagnostic testing: vision, hearing, drug screens, spirometry, and more.
• Provide ECGs, oxygen, nebulizer treatments, and wound care as needed.
• Document patient histories and monitor changes in condition in EMR.
• Maintain sterile workspace and support clinic operations.
• Collaborate with providers and train new clinic team members.
