ConvenientMD is seeking a dedicated EMT-B to join our urgent care team across New England. You will perform triage, take vital signs, document in EHRs, and support patient education under the supervision of clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• National EMT certification with at least 1 year of EMT experience required.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required; CPR/ACLS online courses not accepted.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Triage patients and determine urgency; take vital signs.
• Explain medications, dosages, and potential adverse reactions; provide patient education.
• Document patient information accurately in EHR while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinicians to coordinate discharge plans and overall patient care.
