Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a dedicated EMT-B to join our urgent care team across New England. You will deliver high‑quality patient care, triage patients, and support clinical operations in a fast-paced environment with cross-site collaboration.

You will work 12-hour shifts, join a team focused on growth, and use EHR systems to document patient care while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active EMT-B certification and licensure.
• 1+ year EMT experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and assess urgency; document vital signs and medical history.
• Assist with minor procedures and order entry; maintain accurate EHRs.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with clinicians to coordinate safe discharge planning.
