Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is hiring an EMT-B to deliver urgent care across New England. You will interact with patients, explain medications and care plans, and support clinical operations with triage and vital signs.

A strong emphasis is placed on privacy, teamwork, and ongoing learning. The role involves documenting patient information in EHRs, assisting with minor procedures, and collaborating with clinicians on discharge plans and ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified and licensed EMT with at least 1 year of experience.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross required.
• Experience with or ability to learn clinical software and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to provide information about conditions, treatments, and medications.
• Triage patients, take vital signs, obtain medical histories, and assist with minor procedures.
• Document patient information accurately in EHRs, ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Collaborate with clinicians to coordinate discharge planning and patient care.
