ConvenientMD LLC is hiring an EMT-B to deliver urgent care across New England. You will engage with patients, perform initial triage, take vitals, and assist with procedures while maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork and compassionate patient interaction in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with clinicians, support discharge planning, and participate in ongoing training across ConvenientMD locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National EMT certification and active EMT license.
• BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross; no CPR/ACLS online).
• Strong communication, teamwork and patient-focused approach.
• Proactive, confidential, and able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and determine urgency.
• Take vital signs and assist with minor procedures.
• Educate patients on medications, dosages and adverse effects.
• Document in EHRs compliant with HIPAA and privacy rules.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure smooth patient care.
