Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nationally certified and licensed EMT with at least one year as an EMT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Compassionate, authentic, patient-focused approach.
• Proactive communicator, and trustworthy with HIPAA obligations.
• Effective collaboration with clinicians and teams.
• Technically proficient with MS Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, explain conditions, medications, and follow-up care.
• Support clinical operations: take vitals, collect histories, assist procedures.
• Document information in EHRs per privacy regulations and coordinate care with the team.
