ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a dedicated EMT-B to deliver urgent care across New England with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered service. You will work closely with providers and clinical staff to triage, assess, and support clinical operations while maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; EMT-B certification and valid license.
• Nationally certified and licensed EMT with at least one year of experience.
• American Heart Association/Red Cross BLS certification required; CPR/ACLS not accepted.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to communicate clearly with patients.
• Proactive communicator, ability to work with clinical staff and providers.
• Compliant with HIPAA and capable of handling patient information securely.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients professionally, explain conditions, medications, and care plans.
• Triage patients, take vital signs, obtain histories, and assist with minor procedures.
• Support clinical operations, document in EHRs, and coordinate with the care team.
