ConvenientMD is seeking a District Operations Specialist for Urgent Care in Portsmouth, NH. You will support scheduling, supply management, reporting, and administrative workflows across a designated region, partnering with VP Operations and Practice Managers to ensure clinics run efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, urgent care, physician practice, or multi-site healthcare operations.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; manages multiple priorities and administrative tasks.
• Proactive, solutions oriented with effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence across all clinics within an assigned district.
• Partner with Practice Managers and District Operators to address operational gaps and improvements.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinic readiness across locations.
• Monitor performance indicators and support action planning to improve results.
• Promote consistent processes and timely communication across districts.
