Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a skilled Radiology/Laboratory professional for full-time, on-site duties at Navicent Health Medical Center, Zebulon. Position requires an Associates degree in Radiology or Laboratory Medicine and ARRT/ASCP/AMT certification where applicable.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, X-ray procedures, instrument calibration, and maintaining accurate records. Prior patient care experience is preferred, with the ability to work varied shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiology or Laboratory Medicine.
• ARRT certification or ASCP/AMT certification may be required.
• One year of patient care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows lab procedures for specimen collection, handling and processing.
• Maintains required clerical records for Lab and X-Ray.
• Performs and documents instrument maintenance and calibration as needed.
• Produces correct X-rays with proper patient identification and exposure.
• Assists in training new personnel on lab/x-ray procedures.
