Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks Urgent Care Clinicians on a Fee-for-Service basis to join our Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC) team in Massachusetts.

This on-site role includes the option to provide telehealth services as needed; fully remote work is not available. You will perform clinical evaluations and crisis interventions for adults, children and families, develop short-term treatment plans, and create safety plans within a strengths-based, recovery-oriented framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field is required.
• Strong diagnostic skills and crisis intervention abilities.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, crisis planning, and stabilization for clients in acute need.
• Provide urgent care services including crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment.
• Offer side-by-side interventions focusing on problem solving, skills training, and recovery-oriented approaches.
• Deliver services in-office, virtually, in the community, or in client residences per clinical direction.
• Develop safety and crisis plans grounded in evidence-based practices and maintain client safety.
