ConvenientMD seeks a Clinical Supervisor for its Littleton, New Hampshire urgent care clinic to drive daily operational efficiency and long-term goals. The role combines supervision with scheduled clinical shifts in the licensed role, ensuring seamless patient care and team collaboration.

You will lead staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Practice Manager and Medical Leadership to advance strategic initiatives while staying aligned with regional leadership and company goals.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license as RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, or EMT-B/Paramedic
• Strong background in healthcare operations and team leadership
• Willing to practice clinically in licensed role as part of staffing model
• Experience with medical billing systems and basic medical terminology is a plus
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and growing teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient care
• Recruit, train and supervise clinic staff and foster a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with Practice Manager and Regional Leadership to plan and execute strategic initiatives
• Monitor quality and regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement
• Coordinate with finance for budgeting related to supplies and services and ensure cost-effectiveness
