Qualifications

• Active clinical license as RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, or EMT-B/Paramedic.
• Proven experience in healthcare operations and team leadership.
• Ability to balance supervisory duties with scheduled clinical shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient care.
• Assist with clinic scheduling and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain high patient service standards.
• Enforce clinic policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as point of contact for patient feedback with Medical Leadership.
• Place and manage orders for medical supplies and equipment; track expenses with Finance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff; support performance evaluations.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with Practice Manager and Regional Leadership.
• Monitor quality standards and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Regional Leadership and corporate resources for alignment.
