Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC in New England is seeking a Lead Nurse for our Littleton, NH urgent care clinic to provide clinical leadership while remaining an active clinician.

This dual-role position requires RN or LPN licensure, team leadership, scheduling and workflow coordination, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday with rotating on-call weekends; strong collaboration with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN.
• Experience in lead or supervisory roles within healthcare is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross‑collaboration skills are essential.
• Availability: Monday–Friday with rotating on‑call for weekends and clinic on‑call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Operational Supervision: oversee scheduling, resource use, and patient service quality.
• Team Leadership: support evaluations and staff development, foster teamwork.
• Strategic Planning: analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities for the clinic.
• Quality Assurance: implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Communication and Collaboration: align with Regional Leadership and corporate resources.
