Responsabilités

• Supervise daily clinic operations and staff scheduling to meet patient needs.
• Provide ongoing nursing leadership and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with clinicians and administrative teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Address patient feedback with Medical Leadership and improve service quality.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and budgeting in coordination with Finance.
